 I must admit I remained lightly impressed when I read this handbook for the first time. Yes, impressed and, later,  nicely  struck. The work, is, in fact, a wide collection of unusual recipes that taught me to replace common and dangerous  ingredients such as salt and sugar,   with  absolutely  low fat  and low sugar organic compounds.  And so, I brought the handbook to my kitchen and started cooking  delicious vegan, gluten free and lactose free recipes. I warn you that the dishes listed by the author are not only to lose weight,   but to follow a healthy  organic diet, as well.  Furthermore, the recipes are not only vegan, because you can also find the ones with  ham and the famous Italian Bresaola.  I read the Kindle edition of the book. That is not a work to read on the sofa, but a cookbook, a stunning culinary guide to prepare a different meal every day.   Keeping reading it, I learnt that flour can also be made with banana and that spices like paprika and ginger make the dishes absolutely delicious and flavored better than adding salt.
